The second story of this narrow office building on Congress Avenue was
renovated to allow for the relocation of insurance company offices and to
provide optimum rental space at the front half of the building. The rear
space of the building was divided into numerous niches with skylights
above for day lighting. Architectural openings within the niche walls
celebrate the natural light above and further open the narrow space. A
conference room and other shared amenities were designed for the use
of all tenants on the second floor.
